The main and the most valuable part of the estate is the wooden manor. It is situated on the left bank of the Sheksna River. It is a bright sky-blue building which faces onto the river. There are thirty-seven rooms with a typical nineteenth-century interior. On the walls there are ninety-four photos of the estate owners and their relatives. In the eastern part of the house there is a staircase which leads to the dwelling rooms on the first floor.
