Elbulak-Matveevka village in Bizhbulyakski district in South-West of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The village was founded in 1733,the Chuvashes-newchristians on the bassis of contrakt with the Bashkirs Ilikei-Minsk volost. The faunder was arrived at this place now the village of Lassirma. Due to the fact that in the place where he resided spring was weak, Matvei had to settle in another place - in the upper reaches of the river Elbulak, that ib translation from the Bashkir means "Yil" - spring, "bulyak" - a gift, a part of. Here beat a strong spring. then came Levi Metri with his brothers from the villages Adelkino and Ermolkino Belebeevski distrikt (uesd).
